Welcome back to THE DROP PASS, your week in review of everything Offside News Co. Every edition will recap hockey news, from our team-focused columns to podcasts and everything in between.

NHL teams are still fighting for points. Well, at least if you’re in the Eastern Conference. PWHL teams are also still fighting for points, and big hitters Hilary Knight for Seattle and Kendall Coyne Schofield for Minnesota are back playing.

Across North American junior and collegiate hockey, the NCAA men’s playoffs commenced this week with a packed schedule of games. The CHL’s playoffs have also started, so there’s a lot of hockey to tune into!

Katrina, co-managing editor and one half of the newsletter team, will be on a flight out of the country as you read this, so it will just be Liz for a few weeks! Yay! Everyone send her your news and love and strength.

THIS WEEK IN HOCKEY…

Thank you to our lovely staff for these headlines!

  • International Personality Signs Vegas Residency

ALL COLLEGE HOCKEY. ALL THE TIME.

Only four of these teams remain in the tournament now, as Wisconsin, North Dakota, Denver and Michigan will compete in the Frozen Four in Las Vegas from April 9-11.

Read about those four teams (and others who made it to the postseason) below! Katrina’s predictions were very wrong, but that’s part of the fun, she types with gritted teeth. Like she has repeated the last week: it’s not about the journey, but about the destination.

STICK TAPS 🏒

At Offside News Co, it is our core belief that those with a voice or platform should use said platform to support those in need.

Like others in the hockey community, we were devastated to hear about the tragic passing of Minnesota Wild reporter Jessi Pierce and her three children. We encourage readers to support her family through this period of immense grief.

See You Next Week!
